Japanese descent, Peruvian spice.

NIKKEI is a celebration of movement.
Roughly translated it means Japanese out of Japan.
Born out of homesickness, Nikkei was cooked up by migrant workers who mixed eastern recipes with Peruvian ingredients. It has since been adapted by many of the world’s top chefs. Now it travels to Manila to continue the movement that has given it life, and to become something new once again.
